Nichole Holmes entered the real estate industry with strong sales and marketing background as well as, a family history tied to real estate, commercial construction and land development. Nichole currently sits on the Board of Trustee of R. L. Holmes & Associates. The family owned and operated commercial construction company that has been in business since 1915. What was started by her great grandfather as a brick and block manufacturing company grew over the years into a thriving commercial construction company and land development company in her home state of Illinois. Nichole is very excited to bring her sales and marketing experience to The Lipman Group Sotheby's International Realty and is looking forward to working for her clients and finding them the perfect place to call home.
